Back in business...

The venue formerly known as Crazy Fish is now under new
ownership as the Lyre's Club. Shula Azhar will continue to do
monthly performances at the club, but the night has changed.
Come see Shula Azhar rock the house, belly dance style, on the
first Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm.

Gearing up for Medfest...

This year the crowd is in store for a treat. Shula Azhar will be
serving up brand new choreography that's sure to put a smile on
your face and shimmy in your hips! The troupe will be minus two of
its usual members, but still packing all the energy and style their
audiences have become accustomed to.

and coordination and
passion that I see when
every motion translates to
the music and I can see
the effort of making
muscles obey fluidly
despite the obvious
